General
We require 25% deposit to book the condo and the 75% balance 30 days prior to occupancy.
BaseCamp 21
We administrate this condo ourselves. Do not contact Vail Resorts., please contact us at reservations@kirkwoodlodgings.com, 1-800-852-1838. Dogs are allowed, but the guest agrees to pay for any damage.
Arriving/leaving
- Check-in time any time, we use a lockbox for the key.
- Check-out time is 10 AM – please load and run dishwasher.
Mountain Club 227
Mountain Club is administrated by Vail Resorts and they set the rules.
- Check-in time 4 PM-8 PM
- Check-out time is 11 AM
- No pets
- Parking is under the building and is labled
Mountain Club 227 (1399 Kirkwood Meadows Drive, Unit 227, Kirkwood, CA 95646 – no US mail delivery). There is no front desk at Mountain Club, it is supported by the Kirkwood Lodge (the building at the street, Kirkwood Mountain Resort, 1501 Kirkwood, CA 95646). To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property for check-in instructions.
