Thank you for your interest in renting our condominium at Kirkwood. We are a family owned condo and have owned Base Camp #21 for over 35 years. In the early 1980’s, we were looking for a ski resort where we could unload, park our car for the stay, and walk to the ski lifts. We also had small children and were looking for a family safe and resort friendly place to allow our children the opportunity to ski. We found the perfect spot: Kirkwood! The lifts are right across the street. Perhaps the best kept secret is Summer at Kirkwood. There are 15 lakes within 5 miles and plenty of hiking, biking and fishing.
As our family grew and they married, we needed more space than Base Camp 21. We bought, in 2010, a fractional interest in a studio right across the street at the Mountain Club, Unit 227. This allowed everyone to be at Kirkwood with plenty of space.
BC21 is fully furnished with three bedrooms: a king bed; a queen bed and two sets of bunkbeds in the third bedroom. We require a three night minimum stay. If the unit is not rented prior to any weekend we will waive the three night minimum, but charge an extra $50.00 per night based on two nights or an extra $125.00 for one night stay due to the cleaning scheduling and fees. All fees are all included in the rates, there are no additional charges.
MC227 is a studio that can sleep up to 4 adults. Is it fully furnished and is ski in ski out.

We allow dogs (only Base Camp #21) and charge a pet fee of $100.00.
